We want you to love your ORLY color; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Polish
Carefully pack your items in the original mailer or a sturdy box to ensure the glass bottles are protected during transit, then attach the return label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
